Welcome to the project website for the City of Montrose Land Development Code Project!

The City of Montrose is updating its land development regulations. All land use regulations (zoning, subdivision, signs, and other related development code provisions) are organized and consolidated into one "unified" development code, termed the City of Montrose Land Development Regulations. A consultant team consisting of Plan Tools, LLC, the MDBR law firm, and Egret+Ox Planning is assisting City staff with the project.
