As a guide for future development, a comprehensive plan expresses the aspirations of the North Riverside community to inform potential developers, businesses, and others how to shape their proposals to best fit the Village’s vision for future growth and development. The plan will focus on a range of social, economic, and physical attributes, including land use, housing, economic development, access and mobility, community facilities, natural resources, utilities, and other elements that impact the community.
